Seancat do të zhvillohen pranë SHÇBA-së tek ministria e Brendshme dhe do të zgjasin nga 2 deri në 4 orë për çdo kandidat.
Testimi mbyllet të premten dhe më pas SPAK-u do të përzgjedhë një nga tetë garuesit për t’ia përcjellë KLP-së për ta emëruar kreun e ri të BKH-së.
Sipas ligjit kreun e BKH-së e zgjedh Këshilli i Lartë i Prokurorisë.
